Senior Legal Biller - Downtown

Adams & Martin Group is partnering with a respected and established San Diego law firm to identify an experienced Senior Legal Biller to join its accounting team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a billing professional with 5+ years of legal billing experience who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Senior Legal Biller Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and finalize client invoices, including write-downs, rate adjustments, trust applications, and split billing.
• Submit and manage e-bills while ensuring compliance with client guidelines and ABA billing codes.
• Review attorney time entries and expenses for accuracy; assist with collections and A/R follow-up.
• Manage e-billing platforms, client onboarding, matter setup, and rate approvals in Aderant
• Process LEDES files and maintain accurate billing documentation
• Partner with attorneys and clients to resolve billing issues and reduce invoice rejections.
• Maintain billing records and prepare reports on accounts receivable, trust balances, accruals, and matter status.
