Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and screenings to effectively evaluate each client’s mental health needs and formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based short-term counseling services, as well as crisis intervention to assist clients in managing acute situations or emotional distress.

• Facilitate therapeutic groups and psychoeducational workshops focusing on relevant topics such as stress management, resilience training, and personal development.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including service coordinators and local organizations, to ensure comprehensive care and support for the clients.

• Engage actively in outreach efforts, forming community connections through mental health awareness initiatives, workshops, and wellness events.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring quality care and accountability.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will interact with a diverse client population, primarily consisting of adults and adolescents facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal issues. Qualifications\n

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is essential; advanced degrees (Master's or Doctoral) are preferred.
