Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' strengths, challenges, and mental health needs.

• Develop evidence-based treatment plans that reflect a deep understanding of each client’s unique circumstances.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic modalities suited to a variety of mental health issues.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, comprising psychiatrists, therapists, and wellness coaches, to ensure a seamless care experience for clients.

• Advocate for clients by helping them navigate community resources and ensuring access to necessary support services.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in our electronic health record system to facilitate integrated care.

You will work with a diverse population in the Modesto community, addressing various challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services.

• Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and creating effective treatment plans.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with a wide range of clients.

• A commitment to ethical practice, cultural competence, and social justice principles within the clinical context.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
