• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, emotional struggles, and psychosocial factors affecting their well-being.

• Devise, implement, and regularly review personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s individual goals and therapeutic needs.

• Deliver evidence-based interventions, including but not limited to, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and family therapy.

• Track clients' progress through regular follow-ups, adjusting therapeutic interventions as necessary to contribute effectively to their recovery journey.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring safety and stability for clients in distress.

• Maintain meticulous electronic records of client interactions and treatment progress while strictly adhering to ethical and legal standards of confidentiality.

• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care by sharing insights and developing joint strategies for clients' mental health needs.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through supervision, training sessions, and staying informed on the latest trends in mental health research and treatment methodologies.

• Abide by ethical guidelines as dictated by the relevant licensing boards and professional organizations in mental health.

The clients we serve represent a wide spectrum of backgrounds, ages, and presenting issues. You will work with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R) in New York.
