Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of client mental health status and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.

• Offer both in-person and teletherapy options, ensuring accessibility for clients facing challenges in attending sessions at a clinic or who prefer virtual services.

• Document client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in a timely manner to comply with ethical and regulatory standards within the mental health field.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training sessions, workshops, and peer consultations to remain current with advancements in mental health care.

The primary patients served include adults and adolescents experiencing conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and mood disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.
