System Administrator

The IT Systems & Support Administrator will serve as the primary onsite IT resource for the Houston office, managing hardware/software builds, workstation setup, network/server administration, and technical support for office and remote employees. This role partners closely with global IT, Cybersecurity, and People & Culture teams to maintain secure, compliant, and seamless office technology operations. Responsibilities Provide end-to-end IT support for hardware, laptops, software, connectivity, and conference room systems Support user onboarding/offboarding, workstation provisioning, and IT asset inventory management Administer systems including Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra ID, Intune, Google Workspace, SSO, and MFA Perform system access audits and security compliance checks in coordination with cybersecurity teams Support onsite corporate events, Town Halls, leadership meetings, and office setup needs Qualifications Hands-on experience in corporate IT systems administration, desktop support, and hardware troubleshooting Proficiency with Windows domain environments, MS 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, Intune, and Auto-pilot Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Meet, Groups) and Zoom Strong customer service focus with the ability to manage support ticket SLAs and prioritize project work Working knowledge of networking, endpoint management, and conference room AV setup #J-18808-Ljbffr
