Payroll Clerk

Job Title: Payroll Clerk Location: Charolette, NC Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm Contract: W2 under staffing supplier; 6 month contract Pay Rate: $27.00 - $29/.00 an hour Key Responsibilities: Handle Day to day general inquiries. Collect and verify timekeeping information for all employees. Calculate pay according to hours worked incorporating leaves and overtime. Issue statements and invoices and maintain records. Deal with complaints and questions regarding payroll from employees and upper management. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in payroll.
