To support our Sales and Engineering Office in Southfield, Michigan – we are immediately looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team.

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop long term customer relationships at different levels to promote, sell and win the design-in of MD products
• Cultivate a regular schedule of meetings with customer’s Purchasing, Engineering, and Quality departments
• Generate reports and perform forecasting as required
• Handling of RFQ’s, including pricing calculations and quotation tracking
• Provide cost breakdown
• Review contracts
• Maintain accurate price history
• Align and execute account strategies in-line with global account strategy

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Electrical Engineering
• 3+ years of related automotive industry account management experience
• Strong Microsoft Office knowledge especially MS Excel and Power Point
• Analytic thinking, great communication skills, efficient and independent working style
• Ability to prioritize while maintaining a diverse workload
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Understanding of the automotive electronics industry
• Experienced in selling to OEMs from Tier 1 or Tier 2 level required
