Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health status of patients, utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to inform diagnosis and individualized treatment plans.

• Develop, implement, and continually assess comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, ensuring inclusion of cultural diversity and special considerations.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions to actively support patients throughout their therapeutic journey, adapting strategies based on ongoing evaluations of progress.

• Document all treatment records, reports, and clinical information timely and accurately, adhering to regulatory standards and maintaining confidentiality.

Compensation and Benefits\n
