Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments by gathering pertinent information regarding clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to clients’ specific needs.

• Implement and monitor evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that outline clear goals and apply appropriate interventions to address each client’s unique challenges.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive and holistic care for clients.

• Offer crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans when necessary to ensure client safety during vulnerable times.

• Document all client-related interactions and treatments accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, fostering a safe and encouraging environment for peer support.

Qualifications\n
