Job Description Job Description A Mercer County general practice law firm has an opportunity for a real estate paralegal to join our team. The firm has an active practice in commercial and residential real estate, loan documentation, land use, and civil litigation. The ideal candidate is self-directed and detailed-orientated with the ability to organize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will have an extraordinary opportunity to learn and grow in a challenging, but collegial, environment. Responsibilities: Preparing legal documents, agreements, and notices. Organization of client documents ensuring all necessary documents are accounted for. Assisting attorneys with commercial and residential real estate transactions. Correspondence and direct communication with clients, municipal officials, various professionals and others. Various office duties on an as-needed basis. Qualifications: Excellent analytic and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced, demanding role. Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience with real estate transactions required.
