Salesforce Business Analyst

Acting as the US-based anchor for the Public Sector Business Applications team, the full-time Senior Salesforce Business Analyst will manage end-to-end ownership of GTM processes, translating complex business needs into scalable system solutions while working remotely. Key responsibilities Partner with executive stakeholders to align technology strategy with GTM business goals Conduct deep-dive discovery and translate complex business requirements into functional specifications Perform hands-on configuration and manage system enhancements in Salesforce Required qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, focusing on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Proven knowledge in configuring Salesforce Flows, Case Management, and Experience Sites Familiarity with technologies that integrate into the Salesforce ecosystem Experience applying business systems analysis skills to enterprise applications beyond Salesforce Solid understanding of Federal sales cycles and contract structures
