Account Manager - Interventional Cardiology - NJ/NY

Haemonetics seeks an Account Manager for Interventional Cardiology to drive sales growth in an assigned territory across NJ/NY. The role involves executing territory business plans, managing key physician and hospital relationships, and achieving sales quotas while supporting product launches and clinical implementations.
Responsibilities
- Execute territory business plans and drive new account targeting, cultivation, and launch planning
- Develop physician champions and key opinion leaders in targeted accounts leveraging corporate resources
- Present performance guarantees and conduct quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders
- Support contract negotiations with hospital and integrated delivery network leadership
- Facilitate Value Analysis approvals and new product implementations through champion development
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years medical device sales experience in Interventional Cardiology or Structural Heart
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Established relationships with Interventional Cardiologists, Electrophysiologists, and hospital administrators
- Strong business acumen with ability to prioritize key customer accounts
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence and resourcefulness in clinical and administrative environments
- Knowledge of imaging modalities, hemodynamic waveforms, and device technical specifications
Compensation: $85,000-$160,000 annual base plus sales commission and potential long-term incentives
