Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental needs and create tailored intervention strategies.
\n
• Facilitate the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) that reflect the specific goals and priorities of each family.
\n
• Monitor and document outcomes effectively, engaging in regular team meetings to discuss progress and necessary adjustments.
\n
• Offer emotional and educational support to families, leveraging evidence-based practices to guide their child’s growth.
\n
• Utilize a coaching model and natural environment teaching techniques to foster a positive learning atmosphere.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations, maintaining high ethical and professional standards in practice.

• Establish and nurture trusting relationships with children, families, and interdisciplinary team members to promote collaboration and support holistic development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on infants and toddlers experiencing disabilities or developmental delays. You will work closely with families, providing them the tools and strategies necessary to help their children thrive in their formative years. By prioritizing early intervention methods, you will contribute to an essential phase in their child's development, making a lasting impact on their lives.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Current licensure as an LCSW through the appropriate state body.

• A valid driver's license to facilitate travel to client homes when necessary.
\n
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to effectively handle a varying caseload.

• Strong communication skills for engaging with families and collaborating with team members.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least one year of experience in early intervention settings, with a focus on children under the age of three.

Compensation and Benefits\n
