This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while serving our clients effectively. Our typical working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring that you have evenings and weekends free to recharge and focus on personal wellness.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the severity and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, addressing their specific goals and therapeutic needs.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively treat mood disorders.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment methodologies, and self-care practices to empower them in their mental health journey.

• Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care pathways for clients.

• Stay informed on the latest research and developments in mental health counseling and mood disorders to enhance treatment efficacy.

• Document all sessions and treatment plans thoroughly while adhering to ethical and legal standards related to client confidentiality.

• Engage in team meetings, case consultations, and continuous professional development to refine clinical skills and share best practices with peers.

• Act as an advocate for clients to promote understanding and destigmatization of mood disorders within the community.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n
