Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time role in our dedicated Special Education Program in Wichita Falls, Texas. In this position, you will be an integral part of our Mental Health Team, responsible for delivering vital mental health services tailored to support students with a diverse range of special needs.

This role offers the unique advantage of a remote work setting, allowing flexibility while engaging directly with students and other professionals both virtually and in-person when necessary. You will typically work Mondays through Fridays, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, though occasional evening shifts and weekends may be required based on the needs of the students you serve. On-call availability will also be a component of this role to ensure timely support during emergencies.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for students with special needs, utilizing standardized tools and your clinical judgment to gather comprehensive data.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans focused on addressing the unique emotional and psychological challenges each student faces, while ensuring integration into the school environment.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual and group therapy, to promote healthy coping mechanisms and emotional regulation.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of educators, speech-language pathologists, and occupational therapists to create a holistic approach to each student’s care.
\n
• Deliver psycho-education to students and their families, helping them understand mental health conditions and guiding them to valuable resources within the community.
\n
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all interactions and assessments in compliance with legal and ethical standards, contributing to the overall effectiveness of care.

• Engage in regular team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities to ensure alignment and best practices within the Mental Health Team.

The students you will serve present a variety of challenges, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), learning disabilities, attention- deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), trauma, and general emotional or behavioral disorders. Your work will play a crucial role in their development, integration, and success within the educational system. By providing targeted mental health support, you will contribute to their academic progress and emotional well-being.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• Valid and current LCSW licensure in Texas.
\n
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment practices.
\n
• Proficient in conducting mental health assessments and diagnostics.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills to effectively engage with students and collaborate with families and professionals.

• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, preferably working with children and adolescents.

• Demonstrated crisis intervention skills and the ability to manage high-stress situations effectively.
\n
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and a proficiency in utilizing technology for documentation and teletherapy.

• Experience in trauma-informed care practices and working within school systems.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
