Our operational hours run from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, accommodating various client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' histories and formulate individualized treatment approaches.

• Develop and implement treatment plans that are tailored to support trauma recovery and build resilience.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to provide effective therapy.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, helping clients to process trauma experiences and develop effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated, cohesive patient care and optimal outcomes.

• Offer crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies to safeguard client wellbeing.

• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available resources to enhance their understanding and support systems.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation package offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
