Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW, you will play a crucial role in the mental health support of students by:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student.

• Implementing evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities based on the unique needs and goals of each student.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Collaborating with educators, school psychologists, and other mental health professionals to create a coordinated care approach that supports students’ academic and emotional needs.

• Participating in regular clinical supervision and peer consultation meetings to continuously enhance your professional skills and the quality of care provided.

• Providing psychoeducation to students and their families about mental health issues, available resources, treatment options, and skills to cope with challenges.

• Staying updated on current trends in mental health by engaging in continuous professional development and applying new knowledge to clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with students of diverse backgrounds, ages, and mental health concerns. Your focus will be on providing compassionate support to adolescents facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and transitions both academically and personally. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited university.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Texas.

• A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical setting, particularly in the field of psychotherapy.

• Proficient in solution-focused therapeutic interventions and techniques.

• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with students, families, and educators.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
