Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess and diagnose patients' mental health status using established guidelines, such as the DSM-5, to inform individualized care plans.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions, implementing adjustments as needed to meet patient goals.

• Document treatment records and clinical reports accurately and promptly in line with departmental regulations.

• Collaborate with patients to develop comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate their needs, cultural considerations, and aspirations.

• Provide education to patients and their families regarding mental health resources and coping strategies.

• Establish and foster effective working relationships with fellow clinicians and external referral sources to optimize patient care.

• Engage with and mentor students, interns, and new team members under the guidance of clinical supervisors, contributing to a supportive learning environment.

• Conduct peer reviews and clinical collaborations when requested, ensuring the ongoing professional development of team members.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
