Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and screenings to identify clients’ unique challenges and formulate personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and other therapeutic modalities to address client needs.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to create an integrated approach to patient care, ensuring that every patient receives comprehensive support.

• Educate and involve families in the therapeutic process, guiding them through their loved ones’ recovery and helping them develop healthy coping strategies.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential records in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring high-quality documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse group of individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, including relationship issues, communication difficulties, and a spectrum of emotional distress. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
