Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, establishing a clear understanding of their unique needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings, setting measurable goals and identifying suitable therapeutic approaches.

• Facilitate one-on-one and group therapy sessions for clients, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure an integrated approach to client care.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, empowering them with knowledge and tools to foster engagement in the recovery process.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with healthcare regulations, ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards are upheld.

Qualifications\n
