Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify patients’ emotional, social, and environmental factors affecting their well-being.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to patients' needs, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on hospice patients; therefore, an understanding of and sensitivity to the issues they face, including terminal illness, grief, and family dynamics during end-of-life care, is crucial. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
