Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and diagnoses using tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to develop individualized care plans tailored to each patient's unique cultural and special needs.

• Monitor and evaluate patient progress regularly, providing necessary interventions and strategies that support their mental health diagnoses.

• Prepare and maintain accurate treatment records and clinical documentation that comply with state and federal regulations.

• Collaborate with patients, their families, and other clinicians to create comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring that care aligns with patient goals and desired outcomes.

• Provide coordinated referral options and build effective working relationships with other treatment providers and support agencies.

• Offer education and mentoring to students, interns, and other team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and professional growth.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
