Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations that include diagnostic assessments to determine clients' mental health needs.

• Provide individualized one-on-one counseling sessions, helping clients navigate and cope with diverse mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction.

• Lead group therapy sessions focused on support and psychoeducation, creating a space for shared experiences and learning.

• Formulate and implement tailored treatment plans, setting clear objectives and interventions based on each client's specific concerns.

• Offer immediate support during crisis situations, performing risk assessments and coordinating emergency interventions as necessary to ensure client safety.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide a holistic approach to client care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
