What You'll Be Cooking Up
- Prepare and cook fried food items according to company recipes, portion standards, and quality guidelines
- Operate fryers and related kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor oil quality, temperature levels, and cooking times to ensure consistent product excellence
- Maintain proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
- Restock fry station supplies including batter, breading, paper goods, and packaging materials
- Ensure accurate portioning and presentation of all fried items before serving or packaging
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation throughout the shift
- Assist with inventory checks and notify management of low stock or supply needs
- Follow all health department regulations and company safety procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen and counter staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Provide friendly and courteous service when interacting with customers
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including equipment cleaning and oil filtering
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support department operations
Who We're Looking For
- 18+ years old with at least 1 year of experience in a busy, fast-paced kitchen.
- Knowledgeable about health and safety rules in a kitchen environment.
- Comfortable using kitchen tools and utensils with skill and confidence.
- A team player with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Able to work efficiently, stay organized, and thrive in a busy environment.
