Key Responsibilities\n

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' unique psychological, social, and educational backgrounds.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services when necessary, such as conducting suicide risk assessments and facilitating hospitalizations as appropriate.

• Collaborate closely with educators, school counselors, and other mental health professionals to ensure a comprehensive care approach for each client.

• Document all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans with accuracy and in compliance with regulatory standards to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Participate in the development and review of clinical policies and procedures, contributing your expertise to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation in the state of Colorado.

• At least two years of clinical experience delivering mental health services in a school, clinical, or community setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus.
