Job Title: Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Pay: $30-$45/hour DOE

Location: Irvine, CA

Duration: Temporary (approx. 6 months)

Schedule: Mon- Fri 8:00-5:00 (Fridays are WFH)

About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join their growing team during an exciting period of transformation and growth.

This recruiter will support high-volume hiring across a variety of corporate and business functions while partnering closely with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leadership. The ideal candidate is a strong sourcer, relationship builder, and recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing multiple priorities.

With more than 100 open requisitions across the organization and a candidate-first recruiting strategy, this role offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact on a highly visible Talent Acquisition team.

• Sales & Dealer Services
• Corporate Functions (HR, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, etc.)

You'll recruit for a variety of positions ranging from individual contributors to leadership-level roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for assigned requisitions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and talent requirements
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and alternative sourcing channels
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Conduct phone screens and candidate assessments
• Present qualified candidates and drive the interview process through completion
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle
• Maintain accurate ATS records and recruiting activity documentation
• Track pipeline activity and hiring metrics
• Collaborate with recruiters, coordinators, and business leaders to meet hiring goals

Qualifications

Required

• 5+ years of recruiting experience
• Strong sourcing experience and ability to identify talent beyond traditional LinkedIn recruiting
• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Experience recruiting across multiple functional areas
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Preferred

• Corporate/in-house recruiting experience
• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments
• Taleo or Oracle ATS experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
