Anchored Visions Discovery, Ltd is seeking dedicated and licensed mental health counselors to join our telehealth team in Santa Ana, California. In this full-time role, you will have the opportunity to make a substantial impact on the lives of individuals and families by providing exceptional mental health care in a remote setting. You will be part of a supportive and innovative team, working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate dynamic individual, family, and group therapy sessions, tailoring your approach to meet each client's unique needs.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to gather information, inform diagnoses, and formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Document client progress diligently in our electronic health record system, facilitating continuity of care and enabling data-driven insights.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your ability to establish rapport and trust will be vital in guiding clients through their therapeutic journeys.

Qualifications\n

• An active license to practice in California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience working in a mental health setting, demonstrating effective counseling skills.
\n
• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Demonstrated proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with additional experience in telehealth settings or specialized therapeutic modalities are highly encouraged to apply. Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices is a plus.
