(FULL TIME): Lenape Regional High School District Shamong, New Jersey Employment Notice Position Accounts Payable Bookkeeper Posting Date: August 18, 2026 Closing Date: Open Until Filled Start Date: October 1, 2026 Salary: $45,000 to $55,000 Benefits: Medical, RX, Dental (Family coverage), 403(b), FSA, NJ Pension (PERS), tuition reimbursement, paid sick leave New Position Vacancy Interim Appointment Transfer X Lenape Shawnee Cherokee Seneca Sequoia District X Establish new vendors within the accounts payable software and ensure required vendor documentation is on file. Post and encumber purchase orders. Match receivers of purchase orders to bills of purchase orders and review for required signatures. Communicate with employees regarding outstanding purchase orders and signed receiving copies. Enter invoices into accounting software, run reports and verify reports. Print bill lists and distribute for approval to appropriate personnel. Print, process and mail checks to vendors. Verify and reconcile vendor statements and accounts, address discrepancies in a timely manner. Periodically review open purchase order reports and help to expedite needed information to move the purchase order towards payment or closing. Maintain spreadsheets as required to track all district leases/payments, special education tuition, administrative dues, Maintain organized records for annual audit. #J-18808-Ljbffr
