We’re building a true revenue engine in 2026—targets are live, reviews are structured, and execution is numbers-first. This role owns the operating system that keeps Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Delivery aligned and accountable.
Role summary
You are the Revenue Operations / Sales Management Office lead responsible for:
- making revenue data trustworthy (CRM + QuickBooks),
- making the forecast predictable (pipeline discipline + stage governance),
- running the operating cadence that keeps every business unit executing weekly.
What you’ll own (Core responsibilities)
1) Run the revenue operating cadence (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly)
- Facilitate corporate sales reviews and BU pipeline reviews (stage-by-stage, deal-by-deal)
- Drive cross-functional alignment between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Delivery (SCM) and intake (ACM)
- Ensure meetings produce: decisions, owners, dates —not “updates.”
2) Pipeline governance + forecasting (predictability)
- Define and enforce stage criteria (L1–L5) and “qualified pipeline” rules
- Maintain pipeline hygiene (amounts, close dates, next steps, owners)
- Build weekly/monthly forecast views and improve forecast accuracy over time
3) CRM + QuickBooks = source of truth (data integrity)
- Ensure every opportunity, consultation, next step, and outcome is recorded in CRM
- Ensure cash collections, invoices, payment plans, and exceptions are reflected in QuickBooks
- Own weekly reconciliation reporting (CRM ↔ QuickBooks), exceptions list, and fix SLAs
4) Collections support + installment-plan discipline (with Finance)
- Partner with Finance to run AR/arrears worklists and track broken payment plans
- Help implement collection workflows: reminders, escalation rules, tasking, reporting
- Track AR health (aging buckets, delinquencies, recoveries)
5) Build dashboards, KPI reporting, and QBRs for leadership
- Weekly: Sales scorecards, pipeline, forecast, consultations, conversion
- Monthly: BU performance, cycle time, channel performance, collections health
- Quarterly: QBR pack with insights, risks, mitigation plans, and next-quarter priorities
Success metrics (How you will be measured)
- Collected cash attainment vs quarterly/annual targets
- Qualified pipeline attainment and pipeline coverage
- Forecast accuracy (forecast vs actual collections)
- Funnel performance: consult show rate, consult→sign, sign→first payment lag
- Systems hygiene: % deals with next step/date, stale pipeline reduction, reconciliation accuracy
- Collections discipline: AR aging improvement, arrears recovery execution (in partnership with Finance)
Skills & experience we’re looking for
Must-have
- 5-10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or PMO (service business preferred)
- Strong experience with CRM discipline and reporting (HubSpot/Salesforce/Clio Grow or similar)
- Comfort working with QuickBooks (or equivalent accounting system) and cash-based reporting
- Strong Excel/Sheets skills; ability to create dashboards and executive narratives
- Ability to run meetings, enforce standards, and drive accountability across teams
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and risk management.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis skills
- Sales Acumen: Understanding of sales processes, strategies, and best practices.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the course of a sales project.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and collaborate with other departments.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate sales teams to achieve project goals.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and adjust project plans accordingly.

- Experience in a law firm / professional services environment
- Experience with installment payment models and collections workflows
- Familiarity with law-firm KPI frameworks: realization, collection, lockup concepts

Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of proven experience in sales management, with at least 7 years in PMO
- In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, market analysis, and customer relationship management.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- 2+ years of experience in consultative selling of services and solutions to large enterprise accounts (preferred).
Compensation: $80,000/year base salary + up to 20% performance bonus (paid quarterly), plus standard benefits.
