Cleaning Supervisor - ASU

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cleaning Supervisor to join our team! The ideal candidate will have hands-on cleaning experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Responsibilities Supervise, schedule, and coordinate daily activities of the cleaning staff Train, coach, and evaluate team members on cleaning procedures and safety protocols Conduct quality inspections to ensure cleaning standards are consistently met Oversee sanitation of bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas Manage floor care activities (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, waxing, carpet cleaning) Ensure proper waste disposal and compliance with health and safety regulations Maintain and monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment Address client concerns and resolve quality issues professionally Maintain cleaning logs, schedules, and related documentation Perform hands-on cleaning tasks as needed, including during staff shortages Provide excellent, professional customer service #J-18808-Ljbffr
