Job Overview $60,000 - $78,000 per year We’re looking for a ringleader to lead the day-to-day operations at Yard House. Yard House is built on craft beer and classic rock. Our Sous Chefs oversee day‑to‑day operations, consistently delivering high‑quality, great‑tasting food to our guests and creating workplaces that our team members proudly call home. What We’re Looking For Current, salaried management experience in a high‑volume, full‑service restaurant is preferred. Strong passion for culinary excellence and guest service. Proven ability to lead and develop teams. Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution. Stable job history, which demonstrates upward career and salary progression. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
