Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate clients' mental health concerns, utilizing standardized tools and methods to gather comprehensive data.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, adapting therapeutic approaches to fit diverse client needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and psychologists, to create a holistic care approach for clients, ensuring all aspects of their mental health are addressed.

• Educate and involve clients' families in the treatment process, fostering an understanding of mental health issues and encouraging supportive home environments.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be supporting children, adolescents, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. You will work with a diverse client base, ensuring culturally competent care and actively promoting an inclusive therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
\n
• Demonstrated expertise through specialized training or extensive experience in mental health counseling, with a focus on evidence-based practices.

• Strong therapeutic and counseling skills that enable rapport-building and motivate clients through challenging recovery processes.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with the treatment team and document client progress.
