Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients' mental health conditions, strengths, and areas for improvement, allowing for tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, utilizing established practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to meet individual client needs.

• Collaborate with clients to co-develop personalized therapeutic goals, consistently evaluating progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.

• Document clinical interactions accurately and timely in accordance with HIPAA regulations, maintaining comprehensive records that reflect client progress and treatment effectiveness.

• Provide ongoing support and resources, including coping strategies and self-care techniques, helping clients manage their mental health challenges effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will represent a diverse spectrum of backgrounds, comprising individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. With a focus on providing equitable care to underserved communities, you will play an integral role in addressing the unique mental health needs of clients from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, many of whom may not have access to traditional in-person therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Proficient in utilizing telehealth technology for remote therapy sessions, ensuring effective communication and client engagement.

• Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and an ability to establish trust with clients in a virtual setting.

• Excellent organizational skills to manage caseloads and maintain timely client documentation.
