Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your role includes:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health concerns and needs.

• Developing, implementing, and regularly updating personalized treatment plans based on clients’ progress and evolving needs.

• Providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Monitoring and documenting clients' progress meticulously in a secure digital health record system, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

• Collaborating with other mental health professionals to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to client care.

• Maintaining adherence to ethical standards and legal regulations, prioritizing the well-being and confidentiality of your clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including but not limited to individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

To be eligible for this position, candidates should possess the following:

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.

• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist, which may include LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or a Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• Proficient in using telehealth technology and electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
