Retail Sales Associate PT or FT Häagen-Dazs Are you passionate about customer service? Do you want to be recognized for your achievements while working in a fun and friendly environment? Core Activities Prepare frozen desserts that include ice cream scoops, Dazzlers, Shakes, Smoothies and Cakes. Operate the point-of-sale register, processing orders and accepting payments. Clean up and organize customer areas, production areas, and back-room / storage. Prepare and re-stock ingredients. Perform all activities outlined in shift management procedures. Be knowledgeable and capable in describing key attributes of the Häagen-Dazs product to guests. Be knowledgeable of all recipes presented on the menu. Weigh all cups and ingredients in our recipes before mixing and/or serving the guests. Follow the correct ice cream scooping method. Maintain a neat and clean personal appearance. Report to work on time and as scheduled, wearing a complete uniform. Candidate Must Meet Willing to perform all assigned activities. Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment. Ability to resolve guest concerns with empathy and care.
