Director of Customer Success

We'are partnering with a high-growth enterprise software business operating at the intersection of procurement, orchestration and AI. Following a recent acquisition, the company is entering an exciting new phase of growth and is looking to appoint a Customer Success Director in the US.
\n \nThis is a senior, highly visible role responsible for leading strategic customer relationships, driving adoption and value realisation, and helping large enterprise clients transform the way procurement teams operate.
\n \nThe successful candidate will bring deep experience within procurement technology. We are specifically interested in candidates who have worked for procurement, source-to-pay, procure-to-pay, spend management, intake/orchestration or adjacent enterprise software vendors.
\n \nKey responsibilities will include:
\n• Owning and developing relationships with strategic enterprise customers across the US
\n• Acting as a trusted advisor to senior procurement, finance and transformation stakeholders
\n• Driving adoption, retention, expansion and measurable customer outcomes
\n• Helping customers optimise procurement processes and maximise value from the platform
\n• Partnering closely with Sales, Product, Professional Services and Support teams
\n• Identifying opportunities for account growth and supporting commercial expansion
\n• Leading executive business reviews and developing long-term customer success strategies
\n• Representing the voice of the customer internally as the organisation continues to scale
\n \nWe’re looking for someone with:
\n• Significant Customer Success, Account Management or Strategic Client leadership experience within procurement software
\n• Strong knowledge of the procurement technology landscape, ideally across S2P, P2P, spend management, procurement orchestration or intake management
\n• Experience managing complex enterprise customers and multi-stakeholder relationships
\n• Credibility with senior procurement leaders, CPOs and transformation teams
\n• A strong commercial mindset with experience supporting renewals, retention and expansion
\n• The ability to translate technology capabilities into tangible business outcomes
\n• Experience operating successfully within a fast-paced SaaS environment
