ABOUT THE ROLE

\n

In this role, you will drive business development and revenue growth within assigned existing accounts & clients. This role focuses on deepening client relationships, expanding wallet share, and aligning account strategies with client business goals. The role collaborates closely with internal & external stakeholders to deliver an exceptional client experience and support account success.

Responsibilities

\n

\n

\n
• Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers and influencers (up to VP level)
\n
• Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding client business models, strategies, and priorities
\n
• Drive superior client satisfaction and loyalty, measured through Net Promoter Score (NPS). Achieve superior NPS
\n
• Expand account footprint by identifying and developing new lines of business or market segments
\n
• Drive and close high-value, complex contract negotiations & deals
\n
• Drive revenue growth by increasing wallet share and expanding existing and net-new revenue streams within assigned accounts
\n
• Own executive-level client relationships across a portfolio of large, complex accounts — acting as the ultimate point of contact, trusted advisor, and internal advocate to ensure services consistently deliver strategic value
\n
• Drive portfolio growth by identifying expansion opportunities, building account development plans, and championing deal pursuit from pipeline through contract signature
\n

REQUIREMENTS

\n

\n
• 10+ years in consultative sales, account management, or customer success with enterprise or ISV clients with a proven track record of account revenue growth and strategic relationships.
\n
• 6+ years leading large, complex account portfolios with proven revenue growth, high client satisfaction, and long-term retention within financial services and insurance clients with a strong knowledge of how regulated environment shapes what clients can buy, how they buy it and how deals get approved.
\n
• Fluency in the technology that runs the sector: core banking, payments, policy and claims platforms, cloud hyperscalers, and data platforms.
\n
• Commercial fluency in enterprise AI: the ability to frame where AI creates value and manages risk for financial services and insurance clients, and to turn that into pipeline. Technical depth is a plus, not a requirement.
\n
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to translate client needs into actionable, value-driven growth plans
\n
• Demonstrated knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and client-specific market dynamics
\n
• Willingness to travel a minimum of 30% to the client and team locations
\n
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (IT or Business); advanced degree preferred.

This posting includes an anticipated salary range that SoftServe expects to offer for this position. The range provided reflects the base salary only. Final compensation within this range will be determined based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, relevant experience, education, certifications, skills, budget, and market conditions.

\n

\n

The anticipated salary range for this role is $160,000.00 – $200,000.00 annually, in line with our internal compensation framework and budget allocation for the role. Most candidates are offered a salary within this disclosed range. If the role is eligible for a variable pay plan, this would be considered separately and may provide additional earnings beyond the base salary range reflected here.
