Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services via secure virtual platforms, such as Zoom or electronic health record (EHR) systems, while adapting techniques to cater to individual client preferences.

• Collaborate closely with clients to establish realistic therapeutic goals, providing ongoing encouragement and modifications to their treatment plans as needed throughout their journey.

• Implement a diverse range of therapeutic approaches—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other methodologies—to best fit each client's therapeutic needs.

• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, tracking client progress and treatment efficacy, while also ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary patient demographic includes individuals from various backgrounds experiencing mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex psychological disorders. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will cater to a diverse client base, ensuring that you provide culturally competent care and support to meet varying needs. Qualifications\n

• Possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The anticipated salary range for this full-time role is competitive, ranging from $75,000 to $105,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a sign-on bonus for licensed therapists joining our team.
