Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Well Span Health Network, your day-to-day tasks will involve:

• Leading group therapy sessions that foster community and healing, where clients can share experiences, learn from peers, and connect on a personal level.

• Providing individualized therapy that focuses on understanding each client's unique experiences, thoughts, and emotions, while developing effective coping strategies tailored to their needs.

• Collaborating with clients to design goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their personal aspirations and address their specific challenges.

• Utilizing assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to continuously monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Engaging in interdisciplinary teamwork, communicating regularly with medical professionals, social workers, and other colleagues to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our focus is primarily on young adults aged 18 to 30, many of whom are navigating significant life transitions and mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
