More About The Position

For our sales team, we are looking for a support account manager for praxis operations management as soon as possible.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Representing at customer trainings such as health days, cast-FOBs, etc. and conducting trainings around practice management for A-customers
• Training at homecare and trade customers in coordination with line manager
• Support in practice-related topics
• Support in operational customer issues in coordination with line manager
• Cooperation and support with healthcare market managers
• Completion of administrative tasks diligently and regularly within the given time frame such as expenses, CRM, Power BI

What You Bring

• Successfully completed education in healthcare with further training as a practice manager
• Proven ability to communicate and present convincingly and authentically at all hierarchical levels and different target groups
• High level of assertiveness, self-organization, and motivation as well as good conceptual skills
• Several years of experience in sales is desirable
• Enthusiasm, team orientation, a high level of flexibility, and willingness to travel
• Knowledge of MS Office programs as well as CRM and Power BI
• Fluent German, English language skills at B2 level are desirable
