This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys a variety of responsibilities, including general accounting, payroll, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, and tax preparation.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Bookkeeper, you'll play an important role in supporting the firm's accounting operations and helping maintain accurate financial information.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Prepare and maintain accurate accounting documents and financial records
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Prepare and process bank deposits
• Reconcile accounting records, including balance sheet and income statement accounts
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration
• Assist with tax preparation
• Prepare customer invoices and process vendor payments
• Help maintain accurate, organized, and confidential financial information


What We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced accounting professional who is dependable, organized, analytical, and committed to accuracy.
Required Qualifications:
At least 3 years of accounting experience is REQUIRED
Experience using QuickBooks is REQUIRED
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
A professional demeanor and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Dependability and a strong commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work
