Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ needs, strengths, and treatment goals, forming a tailored treatment plan that addresses those needs effectively.

• Facilitate individual, family, couples, and group psychotherapy sessions, adapting your therapeutic approach to meet the diverse needs of patients.

• Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, including psychiatrists and healthcare professionals, to develop and assess program efficacy and patient care strategies.

• Continuously evaluate the biopsychosocial dynamics of patients and modify treatment plans as required, fostering an adaptive therapeutic journey.

The primary focus of this role is working with senior citizens in a hospice setting. Jackson Therapy Partners offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
