Licensed Occupational Therapist

To support a growing practice, the part-time Virginia Licensed Occupational Therapist will provide remote therapy sessions for a diverse pediatric population, develop care plans, and ensure accurate documentation while enjoying flexible scheduling. Key responsibilities Provide remote occupational therapy sessions and evaluations for pediatric clients Diagnose conditions and develop individualized care plans using clinical tools Complete documentation accurately and participate in team communication and training Required qualifications Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT, OTD, or equivalent) Virginia state license in Occupational Therapy or willingness to obtain prior to start Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience in pediatric settings Reliable internet connection and proficiency with teletherapy platforms Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations
