Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand the mental health concerns, strengths, and resources of students.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals and actionable interventions tailored to each student.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, educational staff, and community resources, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Facilitate crisis intervention, including risk assessments and safety planning, for students in need of immediate support.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards to track progress and inform treatment strategies.

Qualifications\n
