Job Description BANA LAW, PC is a full-service Personal Injury law firm in Century City, Los Angeles. We represent clients injured in accidents across California. Position: Pre-Litigation Case Manager Assistant Support Case Managers by providing exceptional service to clients during recovery and justice process. Responsibilities Opening claims with auto & health insurance providers, Medicare, and Medi-Cal Managing property damage, loss of use, and medical payment claims Requesting and maintaining medical records and billing Scanning and filing important documents Keeping client files organized with notes and activity updates Scheduling medical appointments and transportation for clients Communicating with clients regarding claim status and treatment plans Qualifications Fluency in Spanish (required) Highly organized and detail-oriented Exceptional client/customer service skills Strong team player mentality Minimum of 3 years as a Case Manager Assistant Preferred: 1 year experience in personal injury law Job Details Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday Work Location: In-person, Century City, Los Angeles Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
