Business Development Representative

Our PuroClean office in Lexington, NC is a leader in property restoration, helping families and businesses recover from water, fire, mold, and biohazard damage. We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to grow our customer base and represent our brand in the community. If you are motivated, outgoing, and want to do work that matters, this is the role for you. This is a full-time position with competitive wages & commission, commensurate with experience. What You Will Do Build and maintain referral source relationships with customers, referral partners, and community leaders Promote PuroClean through outreach, presentations, and local events Coordinate lunch-and-learns, CE classes, and client appreciation events Educate clients on the restoration process and what to expect during an emergency Identify new business opportunities through networking and lead generation Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a great client experience Track activity, goals, and performance using CRM or sales tools Represent the brand with professionalism, empathy, and integrity Perform other tasks and functions in support of our office and customers What We Are Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills A genuine passion for helping others and giving back to the community Ability to lead presentations and connect with a wide range of people Technically knowledge, especially with computer applications, social media, etc. Self-motivated, organized, reliable, and goal-oriented Willingness to learn the restoration industry from the ground up Clean background Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred (But Not Required) Previous sales, marketing, or customer service experience Familiarity with CRM platforms or client management tools Background in restoration, insurance, construction, or real estate #J-18808-Ljbffr PuroClean Emergency Property Restoration of the Triad, NC
