Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of four years of experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating your ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

• Exceptional knowledge of mental health disorders and a strong command of evidence-based treatment methods.

• Highly developed crisis intervention skills and the ability to respond calmly in challenging scenarios.

Compensation and Benefits\n
