Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to establish therapeutic relationships.

• Maintain meticulous documentation, including billing, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, ensuring all records are completed accurately and on time.

• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, and relapse prevention strategies, fostering stable functioning for patients dealing with severe mental health challenges.

• Create tailored discharge plans that support ongoing mental health management and integration back into the community.

• Ensure adherence to all current federal and state regulations, as well as organizational policies and procedures.

• Actively pursue and engage in continuing education opportunities to enhance professional skills and maintain licensure.

• Participate in regular case consultations and agency meetings to foster collaboration and support within the clinical team.

• Complete all licensure requirements and mandatory training to uphold the highest standards of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that qualifies for licensure.

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in the state of Oregon (LPC, LMFT, LCSW).
