We are currently seeking a HR MANAGER.Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage on-site interviews and successful onboarding experience
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, labor laws and OSHA
- Implement staffing plans for proper coverage across departments
- Administer benefits, payroll, and employee engagement programs
- Handle performance management and professional development
- Facilitate safety meetings, workers compensation and safety programs
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
- Manage on-site interviews and successful onboarding experience
- 3-5 years HR experience, healthcare setting preferred
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
